Pastor Ng’ang’a (or the #PastorofImpunity like he is popularly known on social media) is facing these criminal charges:
- Causing death by dangerous driving contrary to section 46 of the traffic act CAP 403, laws of Kenya
- Failing to report an accident contrary to section 73 (3) as read with section 75 of the traffic act CAP 403, laws of Kenya
- Giving false information to a person employed in the public service contrary to section 129 of the penal code CAP 63, laws of Kenya
Ng’ang’a pleaded NOT GUILTY to the charges after they were read to him
