Amb. Mwanyengela Ngali dead. He was NARC Kenya’s secretary General

Ambassador Mwanyengela Ngali is dead. He was the former Kenya ambassador to the UK and Canada. Un till his death, Mwanyengela was the secretary general of NARC Kenya.

Amb. Mwanyengela Ngali  spent about 28 years in public service, two of them as a Permanent Secretary Ministry of Energy, six as High Commissioner/ Ambassador in the UK and Canada, Thirteen years in various capacities in the Kenyan Foreign Service in the USA, UK and Saudi Arabia.

In 2013, Amb. Mwanyengela Ngali was vying for the Taita Taveta gubernatorial seat but lost to the current governor, John Mrutu
