2 boys dead in Stephjoy High school dormitory fire
Stephjoy High school : Two students died last night while 11 others suffered serious injuries after a huge fire burnt down a dormitory at Stephjoy Boys’ High School in Kiambu County.

The 1 am fire at Stephjoy Boys High school was started by students in a dormitory that hosts about 60 students. The injured ones were taken to Tigoni hospital and Limuru Sub county hospital. Others while others were taken to Kenyatta national hospital.
Following the tragic, 10 students who are suspected to have been involved in burning the dormitory have been arrested
Stephjoy Boys High school is a private secondary school which has a total population of about 400 students. Stephjoy girls High school, their sister school, was closed down two weeks ago after a similar fire razed down a dormitory.
