Pastor Ng’ang’a will not be charged for causing the accident

Inspector General of Police, Joseph Boinet, is trying to cover up for Pastor Ng’ang’a. The IG claims that Ng’ang’a was not driving the range rover at the time of the fatal Sunday evening accident. He has also claimed that Ng’ang’a’s range rover had a valid insurance sticker, despite many eye witnesses saying that the vehicle had an expired insurance sticker.

These are tweets that Boinet posted on his Twitter account regarding the fatal accident:

1. A serious road accident occurred yesterday 7.30pm in Manguo, Limuru, involving Range Rover
KCD 060V & Nissan KBZ 709W (True)

2.The KBZ 709W was driven by Martin Mbugwa Ndungu and the Range Rover was driven by Simon Maina Kuria. (Lie- multiple eye witnesses saw Ng’ang’a alighting from the Range rover and escaping in a chase car that was behind him)

3. The wife of Nissan driver, who was a passenger, unfortunately succumbed to injuries and passed on. (True)

4.The Range Rover was inspected, and released. The driver will appear in the Limuru Senior Magistrates Court. He’s on 20K cash bail. (Lie)

5. The Range Rover was on General Dealers (KG) licence with valid insurance and was on test drive when the accident occurred.(Lie- The Range Rover had normal civilian number plate on it. In fact, Boinet has indicated that in point number 1; Plus, aren’t KG plates valid from 6am to 6pm?? The accident occurred at 7:30pm as you have stated above. Also, who was doing a test drive at 7.30 pm on a Sunday evening and chasing after another range rover?)
