Professional Presidency: Two words that define Uhuru Kenyatta’s tenure

Professional Presidency: That is one term that can be used to describe President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta’s regime.

This is the first time we are seeing the beauty of having a man who has enough wealth- and is not shaken by big money, or big boys.

When Safaricom tried to lobby him to stop the Equity Mobile Money Network- he simply told them to follow the rules- no calls from State House.

Now, some three media houses tried blackmailing him- threatening fire and brim-stones- lakini wapi. They camped at State House hoping to get some order to force Eng Wangusi to change his position- but the president simply told them to follow the rules. Even the multi billionaire Aga Khan came visiting, and the story remained the same

So in the next few hours- PANG and SIGNET SHALL carry the signals from the three media houses- wapende wasipende- sulking or no sulking. That is the beauty of having someone who is not intimidated, thrilled or even mesmerised by Money and Power. That is the beauty of having a President that cannot be bought.

That is why I support Uhuru Kenyatta.
