Oranges injected with AIDS blood imported from Libya

Last week many messages were posted on Facebook claiming that tonnes of oranges injected with HIV infected blood were sent to several African countries from Libya, the war ton North African country.

One of the message reads:

The immigration services of Algeria recovered a large quantity of these oranges coming from Libya. These oranges were injected with positive tested HIV and AIDS blood.
