NYERI: Five year old girl raped and beheaded

A five year old girl was raped, beheaded and her body dumped in a coffee plantation by a man in Mukurweini, Nyeri county.

According to family members, the nursery school girl was abducted while playing with friends. The girl’s body parts were found scattered all over, an indication that the body had been devoured by dogs.

Villagers are now calling on the government to get to the bottom of the matter and apprehend the man behind the heinous act. The suspect, known as Edward Karuri is said to have gone missing after committing the crime
