What happened to The Kenya Daily Post? Was it banned by google?

The popular online tabloid known as The Kenya Daily Post is no more. If you try to open the kenyan-post.com address, all you get is an error page saying that the link no longer exists and can not be found on Google servers

Last month, there were reports that CS Anne Waiguru was in the process of suing The Kenyan Daily Post for defamation, a fact that has led to speculations that the Daily Post domain name might have been banned/ deleted by Google. Anne Waiguru had taken Google to court so as to compel it to reveal the identity of the person/ persons who run the Kenyan Post website which is hosted on the Google Blogger platform

Kenya Daily Post has been ranked among the top websites in Kenya for close to four years.
