Video: President Uhuru Kenyatta drunk

This short video clip that was posted on youtbe about 2 weeks ago has been watched by over 20,000 people. The uploader of the video claims that President Uhuru Kenyatta was high/ drunk when the video was being recorded.

In the video titled “UHURU KENYATTA DRUNK“, the president was reacting to claims that police officers were not doing enough to protect Kenyans. He gave reference to the case where a 3 year old girl was raped by her uncle. He argued that the parents left the girl alone with her uncle and later blamed the police for not protecting the little girl.
