Paul Kobia said this during a press conference at his home , where he had called journalists saying that he had an important announcement to make. He was very annoyed because the three CORD senators had insulted President Uhuru Kenyatta and he warned that a strong army of 20,000 hooligans from all the Nairobi slums have been recruited to hunt them down

During the press conference, Kobia could be heard throwing random incoherent statements and insults and shouting at his bodyguards.

Kobia has on several occasions said that he is the Nairobi deputy Senator and that he takes charge when Senator Mike Sonko is not around. He has also said that he will be vying for Nairobi senatorial seat in 2017.
