MASSIVE Corruption in Isiolo County Exposed

Massive corruption and misappropriation of public funds has been going on in Isiolo county. After reading this list of evil and heinous things that have been going on in Isiolo, residents of that county will call for disbandment of the entire county government and demand for an immediate by-election

For the past two years, the Isiolo County assembly has only passed one Bill (Isiolo County Appropriation Act)
The County Assembly however, managed to make trips to inter alia Japan and the Emirates and passed one bill in 2yrs! While that happens, Bomet, during the same season had expended 41% of their revenue on development Isiolo had 0%
In the last published report by the Co. Of Budget, the entire resources in the county were spent on recurrent expenditure
Governor and Deputy hires their private cars from their close ally one Abdi Viazi at the rate of Kshs 25,000 per day
The Deputy Governor hires his own vehicle; Nissan Navara double cabin at the rate of Kshs 10,000 per day
Turkish Govt via Embassy donated money for office furniture but County money was used to pay for the same donated items. The donated Items can be found on Turkish Embassy website as a donation, but money was withdrawn to pay for them
Murraming of roads within Isiolo town was single sourced by the Executive for Finance at a whopping. Ksh20Million. The contractor is SHIBLI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY which is owned by the family of Deputy Governor and the Project was never advertised
Isiolo Executive for Finance is sister in Law to the deputy Governor of Isiolo County.. Is it nepotism?
