Paul Kobia: Is this the man who killed Fidel Odinga?
Businessman Paul Kobia has apparently been heard bragging to his friends that he’s the one who killed Fidel Odinga.
According to Robert Alai’s Blog– Kahawa Tungu, Paul Kobia was heard confessing at Buffet park in Nairobi that he killed Fidel because he organized for his assault some time last year. He allegedly uttered those words in the presence of patrons and owner of the Buffet Park on Tuesday night.

According to the same blog, the matter was reported to authorities but no action has been taken because Paul Kobia enjoys State House protection.
On Thursday morning, Paul Kobial was also reported to have become violent and hysterical at his Runda home forcing his family to call in the police to restrain him. Kobia who is a licensed gun holder is said to have been incoherent as he uttered a flurry of alarming statements, and again claimed that he killed Fidel Odinga. He even mentioned Nairobi senator Mike Sonko in his rant.
This is not the first time that Kobia is courting trouble. In a video that was posted on Youtube last year, Kobia was heard openly issuing threats to former Prime Minister Raila Odinga telling him to respect president Uhuru Kenyatta. He was in the presence of Mike Sonko, Musician Jaguar, Pastor Wahome of Helicopter church among other friends. You can watch that video below
Last year, Kobia was involved in a gun incident where he shot and killed a man along Limuru road in Nairobi. After the incident, his gun was confiscated and its not clear how he got another gun which he was brandishing on Wednesday morning.
