Latest on the Sydney Siege: Between 13 and 50 people have been taken hostage by a suspected Islamist terrorist. The hostages are holed up in a Lindt cafe, Martin Place in the central business district of Sydney. Some hostages can be seen holding a black flag with Arabic writing held against cafe window. The area has been sealed off by armed policemen.
