CS Anne Waiguru to sue the owner of Kenyan Daily Post for defamation
Devolution CS Anne Waiguru has gone to court to compel Google to reveal the owner of Kenyan Daily Post, a local gossip blog, which she accuses of defamation.
However, some people are wondering why Waiguru is going through all that trouble, since the ownership details of Kenyan Daily Post are actually in the public domain. In 2013, the owner of the blog was revealed to be one Timothy Obare Rioba, a Kenyatta University graduate.

Former radio presenter Caroline Mutoko had also threatened to sue The Kenyan Daily Post owner for defamation after the blog wrote that she was involved in the death of Mutula Kilonzo. She had also threatened to sue Robert Alai who runs another blog called Kahawa Tungu for the same reasons. Its not known why she chickened out
