9 year old girl raped and murdered by teenage neighbors in Laikipia

A 9 year old girl from Kahuho village in Laikipia county has allegedly been raped and murdered by her two teenage neighbors.
Kendi Waiganjo, the 9 year old girl who raped and murdered by 2 teenagers in Kahuho village
The girl who was identified as Kendi Waiganjo was a standard 2 pupil at Nyakio primary school. She was found by her mother after she failed to return home from relieving herself in the bushes. Kendi had stopped while on her way from Church on Sunday afternoon with her mother
The body of the 9 year old was found with blood oozing from her mouth and private parts. Her father claimed that the two boys raped his daughter and clobbered her head with a blunt object, then left her in the bushed to die.
The two teens fled the scene and were saved from being lynched by angry neighbors. They are being held at Ngobit police station
