Six dead in accident at Miiri area near Kiangai on Karatina-Kerugoya road.

A grisly road accident along Karatina-Kerugoya highway at Miiri near Kiangai has this morning claimed 6 lives and several others critically injured. The accident involved a Toyota Probox and a Nissan Sunny car.
Five people died on the spot while another one succumbed to his injuries at the Karatina district hospital. Three people among them a form three student are still admitted at the hospital with serious injuries. According to eye witnesses, the driver of the Probox was speeding when he lost control of the vehicle
