Can you identify the hooligans who stripped the Embakasi lady? A cash reward awaits you

For the past one week, Kenyans on social  media have been talking about the woman who was stripped by Touts in Embakasi and another one who suffered the same predicament in Mombasa.

Nation FM, a local Radio station, together with Esther Passaris and Peter Nduati have teamed up to offer a cash reward of Sh 110,000 to anyone who can positively identify the hooligans who stripped the two ladies. Nairobi senator Mike Sonko also promised that he will give Sh 100,000 to anyone who can identify the culprits and report them to police

The incidents have elicited very angry reactions from many kenyans including Deputy President William Ruto. He has termed the incident as primitive and has called for stern action against the perpetrators.

On Friday, Director of public prosecutions Keriako Tobiko forwarded the Video clip of the woman being undressed by a group of touts in Embakasi to the the directorate of criminal investigations for action. The Inspector of Police, David Kimaiyo has also asked the victim to report to the nearest police station to record an official statement with the police over the matter
