4 workers die in DuPont chemical plant leak
Four workers died on Saturday after a hazardous gas leakage at a DuPont plant in La Porte, Texas, on the outskirts of Houston, DuPont plant manager Randall Clements said.

Another employee at the DuPont facility who was exposed to the chemical was hospitalized, but is in stable condition, Clements said. The community around the DuPont plant was never at risk, the company said. The cause of the leak is under investigation
There were reports of the smell of rotten eggs on Saturday morning around the facility. Apparently, that the chemical they mix with natural gas so that they can know when its leaking. The leakage was contained by 6 am but DuPont released a statement saying that four of their employees were directly exposed and died instantly, and one other employee had to be transported to a local hospital for treatment.
