Dennis Chirwa, son to Malawian Ambassador killed outside St. Pauls University gate

Dennis Chirwa, the son to Malawian Ambassador to Kenya and a student at St Pauls University in Limuru was killed midnight Saturday after watching soccer at a local bar.

Dennis was attacked near the University’s main entrance; stabbed severally in the head and body. A senior police officer confirmed that Chirwa was a son to the Malawian ambassador to Kenya, Mercel Chirwa. He was robbed off his phone and other personal effects .

Fellow students say that he was on his way to  friend’s house where he would spend the night due to strict university rules that don’t allow students in after 10 in the night

In the last one month alone, more than seven people have been killed in Limuru sub-county but no arrests have been made. According to police in Kiambu, a man hunt has been launched to track the attakers.
